The new guy in direct (don’t think I even know his name, they don’t bother to introduce me very often), doesn’t to any shop drawings, that I can tell. I think he’s the one that is screwing up my block inserts, too. He’s apparently being payed to do that sort ofk thing. SO, in spite of the fact that they were ostensibly hiring him to share CW’s load, he’s totally not, and no one seems to care because they can put all the peon crap on me.I hate being used like this. If I’m doing 2 people’s work, they should pay me accordingly. I hate this job.
